segunda-feira (14), ap\u00f3s 19 dias de espera por respostas \u00e0s den\u00fancias e pedidos feitos \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral do Comit\u00ea Guandu (CECG), o Fonasc.CBH formalizou uma den\u00fancia junto ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ), solicitando a interven\u00e7\u00e3o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a transpar\u00eancia e o cumprimento democr\u00e1tico de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inicialmente, o Fonasc.CBH comunicou o ocorrido e recebeu retorno do MPRJ, informando que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o foi aceita e transformada em processo, sob o n\u00famero 202300117444, encaminhado ao Centro de Apoio Operacional das Promotorias de Justi\u00e7a de Tutela Coletiva de Defesa do Meio Ambiente e da Ordem Urban\u00edstica, coordenado pela Promotora de Justi\u00e7a Patr\u00edcia Gabai Ven\u00e2ncio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veja abaixo a resposta recebida do Comit\u00ea Guandu RJ e em seguida a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelo
